What you need to know making a donation in the forth coming weeks

 Thank you for your interest in making a donation. 


We have had extremely busy couple of weeks!  Due to overwhelming generosity from people all over the UK, we have had a vast amount of donations come in over the last week and have become extremely over cramped in our little warehouse.
We have had to make the tough decision to hold fire on collections until after the 07/03/25.
If you could kindly message us again at that time if you would still like to donate we would love to get you booked in

Delivery Options Available

Delivery
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Signed for

Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days.

All orders are subject to refurbishment upon order. When your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email from the courier with tracking details and delivery options. 

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 7am and 9pm.

Your Product will be couriered straight to your destination with one of our repuatable courier services with full tracking. 

Excludes weekends.
Please note: geographical restrictions apply. (This does not apply to Royal mail deliveries)

Named Delivery Service

You can have your order delivered on the day of your choice up to 14 days from date of purchase.

Customer Collection

Items can be paid for online, and collected free of charge after 7-10 working days of purchase. This is subject to products that have to undergo refurbishment. Items that do not require refurbishment can be collected sooner and we will contact the customer to arrange a convenient day 

Split Deliveries

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.

DPD & Evri Excursions (This does not apply to Royal Mail deliveries)

All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation, and that you are available to accept the delivery.

There are restricted postcode areas where we are unable to offer delivery service. .(This does not apply to Royal mail deliveries)

Missed deliveries

If you are not in when we attempt delivery, the courier will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time, alternatively they may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you. The courier will attempt 2 redeliverys- if the parcel is missed the third time it will be available to collect with your card at your local depot Or sent back to the sender.
