• A full wash and dry of your chassis. This will remove any dirt or debris from the frame, brakes and wheels. The framework of the chassis will be polished and any plastic components will be treated with a back to black product.
• Any small components, such as rivets and springs, will be treated if they have been affected by rust erosion.
• Full lubrication of any moving parts on the chassis will be carried out.
• Seat unit fabrics and footmuffs/aprons will be cleaned.
• 5-point harness will be checked for safety.
• As part of our promise to you, to ensure you have peace of mind, we will also perform some essential safety tests that includes checking the parking devices (brakes) and any folding and locking mechanisms.

Once you have purchased your service you will receive an email with your next step instuctions on preparation for collection of your system.

Please ensure that your products are securely packaged so that we receive them in the best possible condition. Any damage that occurs in transit, due to insufficient packaging, is not the responsibility of Rascal Babies. Rascal Babies cannot accept any products that are not packaged adequately.

N.B. Some systems may only be eligible for Bronze package due to availability of spare parts.

Collection and return of your item is included in both 'Home' and 'Local' delivery.
